Do you ever feel irritable, short-tempered, or slow to wake in the morning? Your liver probably needs some loving! We all can benefit from some liver and digestive support. This tea is simple to make, tastes great and supports your gut and liver – a great daily tea to add to your routine.

INGREDIENTS

3 cups water

1 tsp Licorice Root

1 tsp Burdock Root (heaped)

1 tsp Dandelion Root (heaped)

1 tsp Peppermint (or 2 tsp if making whole pot)

1 tsp Chamomile (or 2 tsp if making a whole pot)

DIRECTIONS

Add water, Licorice Root, Dandelion Root and Burdock Root to a saucepan. Simmer covered for 10 minutes. If making for one person: add 1 tsp of Peppermint and Chamomile to a cup with a tea infuser and fill to top with tea from saucepan. If making for two: add 2 tsp each of Peppermint and Chamomile to a teapot and fill with entire decoction). Let steep covered for 5 minutes. Drink and enjoy!
