Hey Alice, Great question! Yes the Daydream blend can be drunk as a tea and some of the herbs such as Mugwort and Blue Lily may provide a dreamy effect. Be careful though not to drink or smoke Mugwort if pregnant. And if you are interested in using other smoking alternatives as a tea, please always ask us first as some are not suitable for drinking as they have herbs such as Lobelia which are only safe to smoke.
