Wanted to chime in here and say that i’ve learned some great things about its properties for immune health as I’ve researched medicinal mushrooms (new to the topic in general, but have been getting to know them quite a bit recently!). It is also a fab superfood that is rich in vitamins and minerals — such as Vitamin B and fiber! they also have a compound that can help reduce cholesterol levels in the blood! so beyond it being a tasty addition to food you’re getting some kick-ass nutritional benefits!The discovery of lions mane was a huge game changer for me! Has helped tremendously with my focus and memory. Agree about Superfeast, have you tried the new spagyric from Happy Herb Co? Would love to learn more about where/how they source their mushrooms and the differences between spagyric vs. powder!?
Hi Dita, this my fave herb! Well one of the top ones at least! It is also amazing for positive mood — really uplifts your spirit and mindset. A bit more on the relaxing side so I would suggest trying towards the end of the day. I like to brew as a mid afternoon pick me up or in the evening 🙂

It is so awesome for libido (also a woman). i still have yet to try the Aphroditea blend I am definitely going to now after reading this!
