Support liver health with this tasty condiment!
Milk Thistle is one of our favourite herbs for liver health. Not only does it protect liver cells, but it helps regenerate them as well. There is heaps of research into its protective effects, and it’s one herb that we recommend to almost anyone living in our polluted world! It’s a great herb to use before or after taking intoxicants that can tax your liver.
We love this recipe, as it makes it easy and delicious to get your daily dose of Milk Thistle – just sprinkle on almost any savoury dish.
