What’s the one piece of herbal wisdom you want everyone to know?
Remembering to take your herbs can be hard … I recommend habit stacking …where you couple it with an existing habit like your morning cuppa or cleaning your teeth. Consistency is key.
What’s your favourite Happy Herb for everyday vitality?
Spirulina is like chocolate for the cells of our body.
